UK, IRELAND – Portal extension may cause drop-out rate soar to 80 percent

Garwyn’s chief executive Artur Niemczewski has estimated that up to 80 percent of claims could fall out of the RTA Portal if it is extended to employers’ and public liability in mid September.

Referring to the high drop-out rate, Niemczewski said: “Serious questions must therefore be asked about the effectiveness of the process in delivering its stated aims.”
