Shampoo, or fuel?
A female driver lodged a claim after allegedly mistaking a bottle of shampoo for a petrol container. How she did this is quite not sure, but it is safe to say that it caused serious damage to her fuel tank (and a few smirks in the insurance office too). Funny, but true.
