JAPAN – Mapfre warranty signs collaboration agreement with Japanese insurance company Aioi Nissay Dowa

Mapfre Warranty has signed a strategic partnership with Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance to work together in the market for vehicle warranty services in Japan. Both companies will cooperate to increase customer satisfaction with a portfolio of warranty services to suit the requirements of Japanese motorists and are going to launch extended mechanical warranty and used car warranty services amongst others.

Mapfre will be able to draw on the experience of the Japanese company to become acquainted with and understand the needs, hallmarks and evolution of the Japanese market. In addition, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance will be able to benefit from the international experience and management model of Mapfre in this sector to strengthen its presence and competitiveness in its non-life insurance services.
