Arson foiled
The owners of a music store have been charged with burning it down for insurance money. The building which was previously a church, was destroyed. The owner claimed damages shortly after the blaze and they were not paid, but indicted on arson, insurance fraud and conspiracy charges. They were released on a USD10,000 bond each.
