Caught in a Soup…
The insured said that the car in front of her suddenly stopped and so it was not her fault for rear-ending the car. At arbitration, Plaintiff called two witnesses that testified that they saw the insured having soup while driving down the road, using her elbows to steer. The insurer settled the case shortly thereafter.
