IBG holds AGM

The Insurance Business Group (IBG), registered under the auspices of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) recently. The meeting was attended by IBG Board Members, a representative from the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, KPMG as auditors along with IBG Members.

To celebrate the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, the meeting was followed by an Iftar providing members the opportunity to network and discuss business issues.

Dr. Abdul Zahra A. Ali, chairman of the IBG, chaired the AGM and hosted the social gathering following an absence of physical get-togethers of two years owing to the pandemic.

“This is the ideal platform for the insurance community to come together and share its knowledge and experience. Looking forward to growing our intimate insurance community,” said Dr. Ali, chairman of IBG.
